ChimpRigs Ltd Dispatch & Postage Policy

Dispatch Policy: -We pick and pack your order the next business day after the order has been received.  This may be varied (we will contact you shortly after your order has been received) if we have to delay orders (We sometimes take a day or two off).

During the run up to Christmas and beyond into the New Year (1st December to 2nd January). We will continue to pick and pack your order the next business day after the order has been received, but due to the heavy load on our delivery agents at this time, please allow 5 work days after we have dispatched your order.

You can of course ask us to send Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next day (Business day) at an additional cost.

All single product orders

- Up to £40: Royal Mail 2nd class (Not tracked, Royal Mail aim, not guaranteed, is 2 -3 business days)

- Over £40: Royal Mail 48hr tracked (Tracked, Royal Mail aim, not guaranteed, is 2 business days)

- Over £250: Royal Mail next day 1pm special delivery (Tracked, Royal Mail guaranteed, next business day by 1pm.  However, this may not happen during heavy load periods or specific UK postcodes (See Royal Mail)

All multiple product orders

- Up to £40: Royal Mail 1st class (Not tracked, Royal Mail aim, not guaranteed, is 1 - 2 business days) or Royal Mail 48hr tracked (Tracked, Royal Mail aim, not guaranteed, is 2 business days)

- Over £40: Royal Mail 24hr tracked (Tracked, Royal Mail aim, not guaranteed, is 1 business day)

- Over £250: Royal Mail next day 1pm special delivery (Tracked, Royal Mail guaranteed, next business day by 1pm.  However, this may not happen during heavy load periods or specific UK postcodes (See Royal Mail)

Orders for outside of the UK delivery may incur additional postage costs (we will contact you after your order has been placed).  If the additional costs are not acceptable, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.  Please bear in mind your country may impose import duties and tax on you for the delivery.  These additional charges are outside of the scope of our service.  Also, the order may take up to 10 working days for delivery.  This is usually due to export and import checks by both countries.

Due to imposed GPSR policy by the EU, we are unable to supply products to the EU and Northern Ireland.

We apologise for this, but we are unable to comply with GPSR rules.

The main issues are

1. We can't find out who manufactures the products we buy from our wholesaler, as they won't inform us (if they did, we would look to buy direct!)

2.  We believe that the products are manufactured outside of the EU, which means we would have to have a representative in the EU.  This is currently not commercially viable.

If you are based in the EU or NI, and place an order, we will have to cancel your order and refund you.

Very sad situation.
